The age-old question of the nature of time is interwoven with the inquiry into the origin of the universe. These topics of philosophy and science seem to grow increasingly complex, despite all the progress of the 20th century. These questions and our bewilderment provide the inspiration for the installations and reliefs of artist Ingibjorg Jonsdottir. Educated in the Icelandic Collage if Art and Crafts with further studies in Denmark and Mexico, Jonsdottir has held several exhibition and participated in group exhibition in Iceland, Europe and U.S.A. |
